Changelog

What's new.

Every product update, newest first.

  1. Deliverability, tightened

    • Every mailbox has a health score out of 100, from its domain's records and its last 14 days of bounces and replies, with each lost point explained.
    • Every email now includes a plain-text version and no longer names the tool that sent it.
    • New campaigns start with open and click tracking off, and a campaign can send plain text only.
    • Set each campaign's bounce limit; campaigns also stop early when a quarter of their first emails bounce.
    • Mailboxes pause themselves when too many of their emails bounce, and their campaigns carry on from your other mailboxes.
    • Re-check a domain's DNS from the mailbox page; Gmail and Outlook addresses no longer show DNS errors.
  2. Invite your team

    • Invite people to your workspace by email as Admin or Member; links expire after 7 days.
    • Everyone in a workspace shares its mailboxes, prospects, campaigns, inbox and reports, and the monthly email quota.
    • Members can't change workspace settings, take addresses off the blacklist, or delete what someone else created.
    • Belong to more than one workspace? Switch between them from the sidebar.
  3. Reports, rebuilt

    • Reply, positive reply, open and click rates per contacted lead, each in its own chart.
    • Total emails sent over time, and progress towards this month's quota.
    • Sent by mailbox and by campaign, and a bounce-rate chart that marks anything over 2%.
    • Recent days are marked as still collecting replies, so a quiet week doesn't look like a drop.
  4. Smarter prospect records

    • Each prospect's email provider is detected from their domain's MX records.
    • Prospects have a timezone field.
  5. Prospects you can trust

    • Choose what an import does with existing prospects: skip, fill blanks or overwrite.
    • Bulk actions: add to a list, change status, add to a campaign.
    • A full activity history on every prospect.
    • Export prospects to CSV — all of them or the filtered view.
    • Variables with fallbacks, like {{firstName|there}}.
  6. Mailbox failover and slow ramp-up

    • When a mailbox stops sending, prospects it hasn't emailed yet move to another mailbox in the same campaign.
    • New mailboxes start at 20 emails a day and add 5 a day until they reach their daily limit (on by default).
    • Mailbox signatures on campaign emails.
    • SMTP recipient rejections now count as hard bounces.
  7. Bounce guard and per-mailbox pacing

    • Campaigns pause themselves when their bounce rate gets too high.
    • Daily and hourly mailbox limits apply across every campaign, with a gap between sends.
  8. Replies to SMTP mailboxes

    • Mailboxes connected with SMTP now read replies over IMAP, so they reach the inbox.
  9. Manual tasks in sequences

    • Add call, LinkedIn and to-do steps to a sequence.
    • A Tasks page lists everything that's due.
  10. Edit campaigns after launch

    • Change the content of a running campaign's emails; unsent emails use the new text.
    • Edit drafts and paused campaigns in the full editor.
  11. A new inbox

    • A three-pane inbox with folders and the full conversation alongside.
    • Classify replies as interested, not interested, out of office or auto-reply, and snooze conversations.
  12. Sign in with Google

    • Create an account or sign in with your Google account.
