An opt-out ends every campaign
Unsubscribes, hard bounces and blacklist entries stop the prospect in every campaign at once, and keep them out of future ones. Blacklist a single address or a whole domain.
Never the same email twice
Once a mailbox provider accepts an email it is never queued again, even if something fails afterwards.
A broken mailbox isn't a stalled campaign
When a mailbox disconnects or is paused, prospects it hasn't emailed yet move to a healthy mailbox in the same campaign, and you get an email asking you to reconnect. Follow-ups to people it already emailed wait for it, so each conversation stays in one thread.
Bounce guard
A campaign pauses itself when its bounce rate crosses the limit you set (5% by default), or straight away if a quarter of its first emails bounce, and emails you about it. A mailbox does the same when too many of its emails bounce across all its campaigns.
Slow ramp and pacing
New mailboxes start small and grow gradually; every mailbox respects its daily and hourly limits across all campaigns.
Missing data never shows
Every variable can carry a fallback, and the editor flags the ones that don't.
